Firebird Chocolate sources some of the world's finest handmade, organic, better-than-Fair Trade chocolate. Firebird's unique funding model puts more money into the hands that need it most, the farmers who provide the cocoa and coffee beans. For every bar sold I am giving 10% of the gross profits back to these same communities that harvest many of these raw resources through community health education and access to clean and safe water initiatives.

Firebird Chocolate is an artisan, small-batch chocolate manufacturer headquartered in the Seattle, WA area.  Certified USDA Organic and Rainforest Alliance, we currently feature three gourmet chocolate bars, our Espresso Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa),  our Milk Chocolate (41% cocoa), and now our Huckleberry Dark Chocolate (60% cocoa). Rich, a touch creamy, and lightly sweet, our chocolate is a perfect match for coffee, wine, and snacking.

Our Coffee

In the heart of the Rift Valley in Ethiopia is a community called Yirgacheffe. In this community some of the best coffee in the world is produced resulting in profits that flow back to the farmers.

Our "third wave," single-origin coffee can be sourced to the precise family farm these coffee beans were grown. By paying better-than-fair-trade prices and our own profit sharing model on top of that, the farmers benefit not just in supplying the raw resource, but in the finished "cup."
